The Eagles’ PKL 6 Journey Ends as they lose to Yoddhas in Eliminator 3

Dabang Delhi's dream run in the Vivo ProKabaddi Season 6 came to an end as they lost to UP Yoddha in Eliminator 3, 45-33 at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kochi.

UP Yoddha gave themselves a flying start with a second minute Super Raid. Inside the first four minutes, the first all-out was inflicted on the Eagles. We were left chasing in most of the first half as Rishank Devadiga-led UP Yoddha inflicted second all-out on the Dabangs inside the first half and took a huge lead of 27-13 after first 20 minutes of the game.

The Eagles had their moments initially in the second half and did manage to inflict a much-needed all-out on UP Yoddha. But the lead was too huge and the clock was ticking. Prashanth Rai's five-point Super Raid only made things worse for us. 

It was a dream season for us. Defence has always been our strength but were out of touch against UP Yoddha tonight. We have more great memories to share in coming days and will be back with more Dabanggiri in PKL 7.
