What a mighty performance! What a night! What a way to bring up the first ever win over the visiting Telugu Titans. Dabang Delhi K.C defeated Telugu Titans 34-29 in yet another dominating show at the Thyagaraj Sports Complex, Delhi.

Riding high on confidence, Chief Coach Krishan Kumar Hooda went with the same playing 7 that thumped Puneri Paltan on Sunday night.

Meraj Sheykh gave the Eagles a flying start. After first two empty raids, the Iranian changed the momentum of the game and went on to score 4 raid points in a row, leaving only Rahul Chaudhari at the Titans’ defense. The experience of Rahul Chaudhari wasn't enough tonight as he got tackled by our defence, inflicting the first all out on Telugu Titans.

The Eagles meant serious business and didn't let the momentum get away. We finished the opening half with a healthy 8-point lead at 21-13.

It was a same story for both sides in the second half. Our defence was in full control of the game and the strength of Meraj was just too much for the Titans. We inflicted the second all out on the visitors and stretched the lead to 27-14.

After a healthy lead of 13 points, it was on our boys to slow things down, and they did a mighty good job with that. Titans did try to fight back and close the gap, but Joginder Narwal and co. were too good at the night and found their way out of every situation.

The best Defender of the match from our previous encounter against Puneri Paltan, Vishal Mane finished the match with 6 tackle points and once again proved what he's made of. The Iranian Superstar Meraj Sheykh fall short of his Super 10 by just one point. Chandran Ranjit was our second best raider with 5 points to his name.

Next on the list, we have Bengaluru Bulls. The table toppers of Zone B will carry a different challenge, but we look in sublime form and will be ready to take them on!
