Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium, Ranchi was totally jam-packed as the crowd witnessed a cracker yesterday. We made a vital change in our line-up as skipper, Meraj Sheykh was back on the mat. The match started on a positive note for us as our defenders got into the groove quickly. The game was evenly poised until Nitin Kumar came in with a 5 point raid, he also inflicted a all-out on us. This was a game changing moment of the match. Soon the momentum drifted towards the Panthers. But we fought hard as Abolfazl (6 points) kept us alive in the game. Jaipur took a chunky lead of 18-9 till the halfway stage.

After the break we came hard in the quest of finding the lost momentum back. Tapas Pal (3 points) led the defence well as he and other the defenders were up to the mark. Meanwhile, Sunil (1 point), Viraj (1 point) and Satpal (2 point) also gave a tough time to the opposition raiders. Meraj (4 points) and Rohit (2 points) were not at their best but still they chipped in, when the team required their services. We didn't gave up till the end as we played our skins out but the lead that the Panthers achieved in the first half sealed the deal for them. Eventually we lost this thrilling clash by 36-25.

Talking about milestones: The team had hit 300 total points for the season. We also achieved 600 tackle points in Vivo Pro Kabaddi. Abolfazl continued to be in the limelight as he bagged his 50th total point of the season.

We are now off for our home-leg, where we will play 6 games in front of our Dabang fans. These home games will be crucial for us as we will look to win all of these matches and get back to winning ways. We are very excited about this particular leg. Our first home game will be against U Mumba on 22nd September, followed by Puneri Paltan on 23rd, Haryana Steelers on 24th, Patna Pirates on 26th, U.P. Yoddha on 27th and Telugu Titans on 28th..
